Our Vision: We envision a community where everyone has access to adequate nutritious food and an atmosphere of respect and compassion.
Monetary and food donations help us to nourish local families by providing groceries through our food hamper program. Being the food distribution centre for this area, we also donate surplus provisions to local hot meal and shelter programs in the Kingston area.
Partners in Mission Food Bank provides fresh milk, eggs, fruit and vegetables.
Also always provided: canned soup, canned vegetables, pasta, pasta sauce, canned pasta, peanut butter, tuna, cereal, crackers, beans, rice, stew and diced tomatoes.
Other donated produce, bread and desserts will be available each day for the service user to choose from depending on donations collected.
We provide meat products, including Halal options.
Baby supplies such as diapers, pull-ups, baby wipes, food, cereal and formula are also available on request.
Quite often we have pet food available from various donors. Those in need of pet food, please inquire at the time of your scheduled grocery hamper appointment date.
