At the ARTIFICIUM Fashion Show on December 13th, we invite guests to join us in live fashion illustration of the runway! The result will be an illustrated archive of ARTIFICIUM that will be exhibited in the MoCL Window & Hall Gallery throughout December. Want to learn how to illustrate a live fashion event? Join us for this workshop by local artist, Seb Black!

˖᯽ ݁˖ Seb Black is a live event fashion illustrator and artist living in Victoria and Vancouver, BC, Canada, and previously in London, UK. His dynamic style is perfect for live event fashion illustration, fashion shows, and editorial work. He’s recently worked with the British Fashion Council for London Fashion Week, Perrier, Dolce Vita, Fora Travel, and the Vancouver Pride Society. Seb works in mixed media, often using gouache, inks, alcohol markers, colour pencils, soft pastels, and acrylics. Pronouns: he/him

Please note: Limited drawings materials for the workshop will be available on site. Please bring your own drawing materials if possible. If you would like to experiment with other materials (ink, pastels, acrylics, etc.), we welcome you to bring these as well!
