Noah Mellemstrand

I've recently graduated from the University of Victoria with a Bachelor in Music Education. During my studies I studied Violin under Sharon Stanis for 4 years, performed in the String Orchestra as well as many chamber ensembles. In April 2025 I performed a Non-Degree Recital that showcased both my love for the violin and Voice with a full concerto as well as many vocal ensemble pieces.
At UVic I have also sung with Vocal Jazz and Chamber Singers groups for 5 & 2 years respectively. Through my many years of performing with them I have expanded my vocal capabilities and experience in many diverse styles of singing.
As part of my education degree I furthered my instrumental know-how from attending instrumental workshops and seminars. Particular strong points are Flute and Percussion, along with a passion for Arranging music. I have also enjoyed conducting both instrumental and choral, with a preference for Choral.
As a musician I take pride in my talents and am eager to share and participate in any which way I can. There's nothing like performing music together with other performers and I always look forward to the next opportunity that presents itself to me.
